It's hard to believe the summer is over, and even harder to believe that back-to-school this year means back to Zoom, but here we are. In thinking about how to help our kids (and us, their parents) stay healthy, safe (and sane), I put together these 10 health tips that we will be putting into practice at my house as we get back in the flow of school and the necessity of learning a lot of information and staying well and healthy physically and mentally.
